A dream came to me,
The sweetest thing in the world,
With beauty for all to see.

Once upon a rainbow,
With eyes of sparkling blue,
The words I liked most of all,
Were, "Daddy I Love You".

Once upon a rainbow,
The dreams I had were gone,
The words I loved so much to hear,
We're cold and hard like stone.

Once upon a rainbow,
The sky's are no longer blue,
But to my dreams I'ed like to say,
Daughters, I LOVE YOU!
