The Beginning of the End.

The beginning of the end,
Is not so far away,
Its just around the corner,
It will arrive any day.

The beginning of the end,
Starts with just a word,
That may not be spoken,
But will always be heard.

The beginning of the end,
You say is in my mind,
That you will always be here
Until the end of time.

Then why am I so lonely,
And nights alone I spend,
I can't help but think,
This is the beginning of the end.
